HOURS OF OPERATION: We operate daily, including weekends and most holidays, from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm. Please contact us regarding availability between 11:00 pm. and 7:00 am. My Personal Driver Inc. is authorized by the Saskatchewan Highway Traffic Board to carry passengers and their baggage within the City of Saskatoon, and within a 50 km radius of the City of Saskatoon. All trips must originate in Saskatoon. BOOKING/RESERVATIONS: My Personal Driver Inc. requires all bookings to be reserved in advance. We prefer that bookings be made at least twenty four (24) hours in advance. We require that bookings be made a minimum of eight (8) hours prior to your desired service time. There is no meter in our vehicles. Fees are based on the time that your Driver’s services are required, regardless of the distance traveled. For example, you may choose to have your Driver just long enough to take you from your home to a single destination. Or, you may wish to have your Driver assist you while you shop, carry your packages to the vehicle, and take you to several destinations over the course of a morning, afternoon, or even all day! If our schedule allows, you can be delivered to your favourite restaurant, and Your Driver will return to take you home at a pre-determined time. SERVICE RATES: Fees are for Service Time, regardless of distance (Our Minimum Charge is $15.00). Service Time / Fee:
Airport Fees: TO Saskatoon Airport from one (1) pick-up location within our Service Area, we charge $35.00 FROM Saskatoon Airport to one (1) drop-off location within our Service Area, we charge $50.00 SAVE $10.00 – Pre-Book & Pre-Pay both your Departure and Arrival transportation at the same time. (total $75.00) For additional pick-up or drop-off stops, and/or unreasonable delays, we may charge additional fees over-andabove those listed, based on our regular Service Fee of $15.00 per 15-minutes of Service Time. Listed Fees Effective November 1, 2008. Fees subject to change without notice. All fees include GST unless otherwise stated. Your Service Time generally begins when the vehicle departs from your pick-up location and ends when you are delivered to your final destination. An exception to that would be if you request additional assistance during pick-up or drop off, that time will be charged as part of your Service Time If paid parking is necessary during your reserved Service Time, whether at a meter, or at a parkade, the cost of parking will be added to your total Service Fee. There is no additional charge for additional passengers during the same trip. Service Rates are subject to change without notice. Service Rates in effect when your reservation is confirmed will be fully honored. CREDIT CARD / INTERAC PAYMENT: My Personal Driver Inc. accepts pre-payment by VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards. Your Driver accepts in-person payment by CASH, INTERAC (Debit Card) GIFT CERTIFICATE/GIFT CARD, VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS. Your Driver carries only a minimal amount of change. My Personal Driver Inc. does not accept Personal Cheques. My Personal Driver Inc. reserves the right to bill your credit card for the Minimum Service Charge if you do not cancel or become a "no-show". Most credit card transactions will be processed on the day you receive the service, with the exception of Pre-paid GIFT CERTIFICATES/GIFT CARDS. Credit Card payment for the purchase of PREPAID GIFT CERTIFICATES/GIFT CARDS will be processed at the time they are purchased. AT-YOUR-SERVICE PREPAID GIFT CARD & CERTIFICATES:
